Rules and Regulations for the Columbarium Garden Phase 1

Inurnment Regulations:

All urns to be interred must fit within the parameters of the lot.  The cemetery foundation contractor for inurnment reserves the right to refuse any urn that does not conform to the necessary sizing.

  1.  Spaces must be properly marked by cemetery personnel

  2. Burial of cremated remains must be performed by authorized contractors of Garland Memorial Cemeteries.

  3. Companion urns will be allowed following inspection and approval by cemetery personnel or designated contractors.

  4. Urn vaults are not required but recommended.  Urn vaults will potentially help maintain the state of cremated remains if the designated low owner decides to re-locate at another time.

Monument Regulations:

All monuments/markers must strictly adhere to the listed rules designated per lot intervals.  Coloration and sizing have been pre-determined to best fit the design of the garden and for pleasing aesthetics.
