Second Interment Rights:
The right to inter more than one individual in a single interment space may be purchased according to the following schedule. In order for the Cemetery to comply with Texas Law regarding interment depth, the Foundation must be notified, and the second interment right for an adult or child must be purchased prior to the first interment in the space.
*Second interment rights are not available in certain areas of the cemetery due to insufficient depth due to bedrock.

*Holiday Schedule: No interment services will be scheduled on:
Memorial Day, Labor Day, Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve/Day,

*Opening/Closing: Williams Funeral Directors is currently contracted $1495.00 M/F
for all opening/closing at Garland Mills Cemeteries. Williams prices
are subject to change without notice. Price as of Jan. 15, 2019 for
opening/closing with full tent/canopy/chair setup. Saturday and Sunday's
will be assessed overtime fees.
*Monument/Marker Setting: All markers/monuments require the
Garland Mills Monument Approval Form. Form must be submitted,
approved, and signed by lot owner before installation. The foundation
reserves the right to remove any non-approved marker/monument.
Current installation fees as of January 1, 2019 are as follows:
Monuments: $125.00 per lineal foot
Ground Level Markers: $80.00 per lineal foot
Grave Ledgers: $125.00 per lineal foot
Garland Memorial Park Radial Columbarium:
Single Urn Space: All spaces can be used for double capacity (excluding side by side) with purchase of 2nd Right of Interment.
Columbarium outside cabinets (pricing determined by location) $1200 - $1800
Octagonal cabinet locations:
Single niche spaces: (pricing determined by location) $2000 - $2500
Side by Side niche spaces: (pricing by location,) $2500 - $3000
Second Inurnment Rights:
The right to inurn more than one individual cremated remain in a single inurnment space may be purchased according to the following schedule. The 2nd right of inurnment may be purchased prior or at a later date on double capacity spaces. The 2nd right of inurnment for side by side spaces must be obtained during the initial purchase. If both cremains are to be inurned at the initial opening, the second opening/closing may be waived.

Niche Space Engraving: Gifford Monument Company is currently contracted to perform all engraving for Garland Mills Cemeteries. The cemetery foundation has no control over the contractors estimated time frames for completion. The pricing for engraving niche spaces as of April 20, 2023 is as follows:
